“Poor Service claimed that 93% delivery on the day requested but I guess I am just always n that 7% I made the request 5 day previous it is not like it was a rush job.”

“Absolutely appauled at the customer service at bunches. Order flowers over a week late. To be delivered by royal mail. These flowers were a gift for front line workers. The lack of customer care is just astounding. Would not recommend using bunches at all. Emailed numerous times to recieve what looks like automated emails back. What was supposed to be a lovely gift has been ruined. Flowers wilted and a damn disgrace.”
“Haveing always dealt with bunches for there quality I was sad this time I was let down on the delivery ie PhD.at a time I paticurly need them to arrive on the day which a email confirmed. I have never had problem before if they have changed delivery company bunches will loose business it took PhD 3 days for the flowers to arrive and they were left in the porch as the receiver was away.Although PhD text me 2 eve in a row to say they would be the next day it was a email saying( opps sorry) not good choice words the purpose of the flowers was for the 1st anniversary of my friends daughters passing I wanted her to know I was thinking of her on that day .In all fairness to bunches they offered and gave me a full refund for the sake of there business they dont need there delivery contracts letting them down So on this occasion sadly disappointed thankyou”
