“Horrible hair. Horrible experience. I brought from here because an influencer I like said to buy it. I paid 9$ extra instead of free shipping for the 3-4 day shipping because I had a big event coming up in 3 weeks. I booked a hair appointment 2 weeks out. The hair didn't come for over a month. I had to cancel my hair appointment and it was ruined because the hair was so late. I asked the company to refund me only my shipping fee (9$) and they wouldnt even do that. The hair was also about 16 inches instead of the 18 inches I ordered. The length, the stealing my money, and it not getting here for a month is ridiculous. A total scam. Do NOT shop here.”

I paid £9.95 for a next day delivery gift and 3 days later it has still not arrived. When I complained the company told me that it ‘clearly states’ dispatches can take 3-4 days . Company totally unapologetic and as “an act of good faith” said it would refund £3.45 .Would never use this company again.”
