Ça a changé ma façon de dépenser parce que je mélange plus l'argent du loyer avec la nourriture ou les plans du weekend. La carte a été fiable jusqu'ici. Le seul bémol pour moi c'est que le support client est ok, mais pas l'expérience la plus chaleureuse si t'as besoin d'aide détaillée. Pour les questions simples, ça va. Pas incroyable, juste utile.”

“It was an interesting experience, since I’ve never used neo bank before. One app could combine many different features. I could receive my money, sort them out in separate customizable money pots or invest it in stocks or crypto (for years considered this option in a less challenging environment). Transaction costs are reasonable, though it became better once I bought one of their paid subscriptions, slowly climbing from core to elite, once I started expanding my banking into something new.
IMHO for one month free trial, you can take a shot, but only if you’re into smth new.”

Pro plan gave me free budgeting tools, automated payments, 3 months free of charge investing account, free cash withdrawals. Didn’t need to download 5 apps. Everything was at one place.”
“With bunq things are pretty easy - if you have a subscription, you can enjoy its whole power, but if not, it’s just another concept of banking, without a physical office. But subscriptions aren’t that expensive anyway, given that you save on some banking fees if you use pro and elite plans.
For example, I didn't know that I could make 5 free atm withdrawals per month. I didn't pay attention to this at first, but when I saved more than 10 euros, the value of my pro subscription just increased. It’s just a simple math and amount of comfort you expect from banking app”
