How great this neo bank would be if they took care of their support. Literally it’s better to read FAQ or ask FINN than wait for these guys!! The rest of experience is good though. Great automation.

Tbh, I use bunq more like a secondary app for receiving money (thanks to convenient lifelong payment link) and stocks investing ( some good discounts there). For these purposes, it’s doing fine.

gotta say the difference between the plans is not that big. Right now:, the only way elite makes sense to get is if you are very into investing. Like with that 50% discount on stock trading prices, and that 0.25% price for crypto trades, then it makes sense if you are moving big bucks in it. otherwise its, just pro plan that is alright for all purposes, you got your free atm withdrawals and foreign transfers too.

Managing 2 or 3 separate money pots inside the app are very easy due to the money management tools. Apart from that, I found the salary sorter to be very useful. Setting it up was a bit hard tho

I can see all my transactions transparently. No hidden fees, no clunky interface. That’s good! The only annoying thing is support replies to my messages pretty slowly.

goede rentes maar niet veel anders, in de EU, het zijn enkele van de beste rentetarieven. enige reden om het te gebruiken

My nephew kept calling me a DINO🤣 coz I still used a traditional bank. He convinced me to try Bunq... and honestly, now I understand why, not superb, but solid neobank...

If you don’t know how to manage your money proper;ly, I think joining bunq is worth considering. There are many useful features for saving, tracking, and managing your capital. I’ve become more responsible when it comes to spending money.

Als budgetteringstool werkt het het beste. Voor grote betalingen geef ik de voorkeur aan een fysieke aanpak

19 euros subscription for banking app, it’s too much for me. better to go with their pro plan. seems to have more or less the same perks, but the price is almost twice lower.

some negative s are present, because it freezes just, abit when I go from one place to another in app. but besides these micro lags I think app is good. bank itself is ok, i didnt find any better for the price, thats why im with bunq

I use bunq mainly for budgeting. Gotta say, I learned saving money more effectively. I loved their blog section where you can find many insights about money management. Would love to see video lessons

It’s great for daily USE, especially if you don’t want to call your manager or a bank that usually happens with traditional banks. All operations can be done via the bunq mobile app.

They got google pay - very comfortable imho. But I'd like to see 24/7 sos hotline to be inlcuded in their free plan. Not fair to make such an exception fo rthat plan.

Overall, I could call them reliable enough to be my primary bank. With features like BUNQME and BUNQTO, it’s easier and less time consuming to send and receive money. One thing to fix is support…

It was my G2G option for saving and transferring money. Not too complicated, well-organized app with ECB license. A major drawback is dealing with their support. It’s improved, but still kinda slow…

Let’s say not everyone will like their app design: Too gamified Not super light imho. Still, banking itself was doing well. Been using it inside and outside the EU, no visible problems and delays.

I use bunq for international travel, and to be honest it makes managing multi currency spending completely seamless. Why? Because of the built in ZeroFX feature that automatically abpplies the real MASTERCARD exchange rate on all non euro card payments, bypassing heavy conversion fees.

So far I'm on the Bunq Core plan, paying around €4 monthly. Pretty happy, although I think the Bunq Pro and Elite plans could be a little cheaper
