“I tried to make my first claim due to potential skin cancer and have been met with a raft of lame excuses to prevent my claim eg Consultant is on our panel but he hasnt signed up to our rates or the facility although an NHS centre is not regulated by BUPA. They also proudly informed me any complaint would take 4 to 8 weeks to investigate. I am upset angry and frightened over this treatment BUPA ref 0494192967.”
“I have annual holiday insurance with Bupa. Last November I booked a holiday To Greece this September. I have received a letter from Bupa cancelling my annual membership I now will not get new insurance to cover this holiday should it be cancelled due to Coronavirus. Bupa should be liable as I was insured with them when I purchased the holiday???”
