“Still in the joy of getting my residence card ... Such an unbelievably great news despite the extremely complex condition! I applied as an EU unmarried partner when we had only cohabited for a rather short time. Shaista took this challenging case and fought so much for me to argue for my rights to reside. This outcome means so much to us and I can't imagine achieving this without the consistent support and advice from her. The service I received throughout has been very professional and also human. “I contacted Burlow & Spencer to sort out an issue regarding sponsoring my parents. I am glad that I did. “I applied for my family visa year ago with some other company but case was rejected than with the reference of my friend I met Abbas at Burlow & Spencer and after all discussion he advised me for judicial review and he started work for my case and I also provide him some extra evidence which he needs for our case.Abbas was very experienced in his work and very focused about all documents and he win judicial review for us. I was struggling with my family to sort out the visa but Abbas done a lot for us and can't thank him enough for all hardwork and struggle.”

“I strongly recommend Burlow & Spencer if you have any visa problem, last year I had a proposed to revoke my visa and wasn't sure how to explain to the Immigration that I was entitled to work and live in UK. “I highly recommend Burlow & Spencer. I found them after searching on google for successful Employment Law cases. My initial call was promptly returned by Shaista, only to find their caseload was full. Despite this, Shaista was gracious enough to spent time on the phone with me and respond to emails offering a wealth of good advice. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, concise, and courteous, I would definitely contact her in the future and recommend Shaista to anyone with Employment Law concerns.”
