“I applied for my family visa year ago with some other company but case was rejected than with the reference of my friend I met Abbas at Burlow & Spencer and after all discussion he advised me for judicial review and he started work for my case and I also provide him some extra evidence which he needs for our case.Abbas was very experienced in his work and very focused about all documents and he win judicial review for us. I was struggling with my family to sort out the visa but Abbas done a lot for us and can't thank him enough for all hardwork and struggle.”

“Shaista was so efficient and professional and assisted me in resolving extremely complex issues with my husband's residency visa. “I strongly recommend Burlow & Spencer if you have any visa problem, last year I had a proposed to revoke my visa and wasn't sure how to explain to the Immigration that I was entitled to work and live in UK. Chuti has been in contact with them for the last few months and now my visa is valid again. Thanks again Chuti you did a really great job.”

“I highly recommend Burlow & Spencer. I found them after searching on google for successful Employment Law cases. My initial call was promptly returned by Shaista, only to find their caseload was full. Despite this, Shaista was gracious enough to spent time on the phone with me and respond to emails offering a wealth of good advice. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, concise, and courteous, I would definitely contact her in the future and recommend Shaista to anyone with Employment Law concerns.”

“Burlow & Spencer has the best immigration consultancy service in my opinion. Their hospitality for customer is very affectionate. The dedication in providing quality service is surely the most attractive part of the process. I took their service for going abroad. I was trying to get a student visa. “I had a great experience with Burlow & Spencer regarding my asylum application.Processing application of asylum was never been easy but Burlow & Spencer professionally handled my asylum application and I got approved. Zain and Saba did a great jobs and they were wonderful and helpful for me and I am grateful for that. If you are applying for asylum then no need to look anywhere just contact them.”

“Zain made the Entrepreneurship process easy. I had a great experience using Zain as my immigration lawyer. He was very professional, with excellent service at an affordable price. The process was much faster than I anticipated, due in part to Zain's thorough and responsive approach. “I contacted Burlow & Spencer after several attempts to engage another legal representative, and each time, it was a disparaging experience as they seemed to offer no hope for my case. However, right from the start Martin was encouraging about my prospects to reinstate my Indefinite Leave to Remain. My first application was rejected, but right before it was to go to appeal, the Home Office withdrew its original decision, stating that based on Martin strong argument, he was right in law and they were wrong. Throughout the entire process Martin has been thorough, prompt in responding to my emails and questions, incredibly knowledgeable about immigration law, honest, and just a pleasure to deal with. I feel very lucky that I found him (through a google search at that!) and would recommend him with utmost confidence to anyone looking for a top notch immigration specialist lawyer”
