“Burlow & Spencer helped me make the transition to Canada. They were there to help at all times and they provided me with a great service throughout my Permanent Residency Express Entry process. I got precisely what I wanted and asked for, I would Highly recommended to use their Services, it took about 8 months but it was worth a wait.”

“We submitted an application for the FLR(M) Unmarried partner visa through Burlow & Spencer. We were represented by Jiya. Throughout the process she was very knowledgeable, tenacious, supportive and professional. It was a very lengthy process (8 months) due to various mistakes made by the Home Office. However, Jiya was always very proactive and knowledgeable; she always provided us with options and alternatives that we weren't aware of. I am certain, we couldn't have gotten the positive outcome we got without Jiya's knowledge and support. I honestly couldn't speak more highly of Jiya and her dedication to our case.”

“Burlow & Spencer helped me obtain a UK Spouse visa from Dubai in record time. Throughout they were pro-active and very professional. Without their guidance and advice, I have no doubt that it would have been far more challenging for me to have achieved a suitable outcome. It would also have taken far longer to navigate the complexities of the UK immigration system by myself.”

“I had my Tier 4 visa refusal from outside UK and it was really complicated due to the refusal based on genuineness and previous delays in visa history. Hence, it was important for me to find the best solicitor. I had consultation with 3 other solicitors before I decided to go ahead with Burlow & Spencer. My case was handled by Maria and Jiya. They have done my Administrative Review and Pre-Action Protocol. My refusal decision was overturned at this stage. Both were very professional, highly responsible and efficient provided with impressive service. They examined my case carefully and even found the minor details compiled with law which I wasn't aware of. They gave me all possible alternatives/stages of the case from a honest point of view. They worked around - the - clock which I think is highly appreciable. Highly recommended and won't go anywhere else in the future.”

“I worked with Nikki on a further leave to remain spouse visa. She offered a comprehensive advise for all the documents required, filling the application form, as well as a writing a representation letter that was best part of my case. “I am very pleased with the services of Gulshan. In Feb 2017 my EEA Family Permit to join my EEA national wife was refused because of some silly mistakes in filling the visa application form and this refusal disheart me and my wife badly. We were in the middle of nowhere. Then I got to know about Burlow&spencer from one of my friend and we got in touch with Gulshan. His way of working and thorough professional legal advice really impressed me and in Sep 2017 I got my EEA Family Permit.
