AVOID! Do not purchase from Burton Menswear London. They don’t deliver and make it impossible to follow up. Customer Service is dismal. They would not honor my purchase, no credit or voucher. Didn't care. 3 Weeks from purchase to finally getting some answers. They have no way of tracking parcels with EVRI. My Parcel was sent back to them. Instead of resending it back to me. They sold my jacket so it became out of stock! I prepared for the cold weather by purchasing a warm jacket, hat and gloves and they completely failed me so I froze. AVOID This clothing company and brand at all costs.

Ordered an item from Burton for next day delivery on the 24th October which never landed. Apparently the item I purchased was lost in transit. I asked for a refund which only the Next Day Delivery Charge of £5.99 was reimbursed within 3 days of my request. I then chased up via their Facebook messaging app for the remaining cost of the item I bought to be refunded and was told it would be back in my account in 5 days. I waited 5 days - no refund. Contacted them again to be told that the refund had failed and that they would re-process it. I was told this second attempt would land in 4 days. Waited another 4 days - no refund! Chased them again. Told again, the refund has failed and that the matter had been passed over to the Finance Team to re-process the refund a 3rd time. Then told to wait another 10 days. You can see a trend here which leaves me to believe Burton are simply not processing my request and are simply stalling and not wanting to refund my money - money taken without the exchange of the item I purchased. Isn't that illegal? Anyway, I shall wait again with no confidence. The experience I have had is totally shocking. I would sincerely urge people that are thinking to shop with Burton online not to do it. I see from many other reviews that I am not the only one to have had this customer experience. Truly a shambles. I feel robbed. Should anyone else feel the same way - please get in contact with the Martin Lewis Programme so we can shame this outfit!

I ordered item online because it’s a online only option. The size was wrong as I checked their online size guide and the actual size when arrived. So, I mentioned on return request that was the reason for return. When I finish filling up return order I saw £1.99 charges apply suddenly. I received every day sale email from this company but never something for their new policy. I was very shocked to hear from their customer service that “The sizes can be different for the materials were used!! So how can I know from online what materials were used can you they explain that??? After how many items I should pay for the extra return cost, I will get to know what they mean by “ please know that the sizes can differ to the materials being used and the type of item that you have purchased. ” This is just wasting time what they wrote. I bought recently with the same size and that was perfectly fit and burton one is small because it’s wrong size then they advertised. I also measured it which doesn’t match what they advertised. So, I want my money back and not pay delivery amount also I no longer would like to buy from burton because its just not match the guideline which you advised online.. ALSO WHEN WE PAID FOR ITEM THERE SHOULD BE A NOTICE THAT FOR RETURN THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGE although the delivery was free BECAUSE IT SAY for £60.00 or more no delivery charges but return is extra who will dream about it if it’s no written? I have been a customer since there were this shops open but after Boohoo bought this brand nothing was different to buy online. But at this point I am really disappointed with your customer service and very much frustrated this time. As I do not wish to be a customer again.without knowing your new I unannounced rules,

The website is a scam!! Two out of three shirts where from a different brand that wasn't even burton but Frilivin a Chinese look alike model, made from polyester instead of cotton. Send already 4 mails to customer services no answer and the mails just bounce back. Also when i click on the website to return goods it doesn't work it states oops something went wrong but no alternative for a solution. Also i had to pay 25 euro’s custom for three shirts.

Placed an order then 5 days later they claimed they couldn`t find stock in the warehouse. No point in advertising deals if you ultimately do not have the stock

Refunds a joke Told refunded £170.10 on the 18 dec then told to wait to 3 jan then told finance department will look into it within 7 to 10 days 🙄 they didn't wait that long to have it

I ordered on 26th November, the order was showing due on 3rd December but I didn't get it. It was sent through Royal Mail. Their website also dont have any info of tracking after 3rd December. It is lost on the way. As per the policy of Burton, the order is supposed to be delivered within 7-10 working days, which has passed yesterday. I have complained Burton three times, but everytime they ask for additional 72 hours. This meant that I ordered this for my graduation ceremony which is gone. Also, I am a student and I Spent around £150 out of my pocket, which seems to be non recoverable now. It has impacted my financially very much. Today it has been 19 days and still no order or refund. I had to submit small money claim in consumer court yesterday. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE - USE BOOHOOMAN INSTEAD

Ordered a pair of boots which had a manufacturing fault, contacted Burton customer services who within half an hour had got back to me and after providing pictures of the fault had sent a new pair out to me and I had received them the next day and all sorted.

CUSTOMER BE CAREFULL THAT THEY HAVE CONTACT WITH HERMES FOR DELIVERY, THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE ANYTHING PURCHASING FROM THEM AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED TO US. THANKS Whole story: Very very very bad experience. Purchased item, status shows delivered by HERMES with no evidence, contected HERMES which has no customer service phone number or EMAIL, only online RUBBISH chat which also finished communication by showing item has been delivered. Contacted BURTON and requested to help us by finding where is my item. CLOSED the communication by reply that HERMES system shows that item has been delivered. We are so much surprised by such kind of service that instead of understanding that HERMES delivery person did fraud by showing himself/herself that item has been dispatched, their customer service supporting HERMES by saying item has been delivered with no evidence i.e. no signature, no photo etc. We contacted paypal and they put all responsibilites on SELLER. SO BECAREFULL.

I've ordered loads of suits recently and needed to exchange/return a lot and I've seen a lot of reviews bashing the customer service regarding returns etc. However I can honestly say I've honestly had a great shopping experience with them, great comes, prompt refund and I got four extremely well priced good quality suits too. Don't always go on reviews people never leave good reviews even when they've had a good shopping experience.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!! REFUNDS OF OVER 200 POUNDS AND YET DIFFERENT PEOPLE SAYING DIFFERENT THING, HOW CAN I GET £49 INSTEAD OF OVER £200 I have sent a return since the first week of April. I haven't received any refunds. Tried to contact them no response when I finally get a response after repeated email. I was told my refund is 49 pounds instead of 135 pounds. Am still on the case, if there is a way of giving no review I will do that.. I have been shopping with Burton for over 5 years and have never had any issues with them until it was taken over by boohoo and the most annoying part is that there is no one to talk to.... Different people come with different opinions of what they think should be refunded I have sent so many proof countless of time and yet they seem to give their opinions of what they think should be refunded.. I NEED MY REFUNDS

I have sent back a suit that didn't fit and have heard nothing. I am £85 out of pocket. Emails go unanswered. The telephone number on the despatch note is not functioning. Looking at the other reviews they seem to be stealing money from people like me who also. I do not know what to do next.

Firstly costumer care are a joke, you send them an email and they respond after 4,5 days. Second they start lying to you that your promotion code that do not work, then why they advertised on their website? Just do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Please, stop buying from this joke of a company! On December 22nd I placed an order of £250 and paid the extra fee to get it asap. Well, it's February 28th and I am still waiting. I tried contacting them several times through their webpage (no number, no chat) first to ask them if they could help me track the package, then to cancel my order. I tried emailing them through their site at least 8 times without an answer. Not even a "Thank you we will come back to you ASAP". So, I headed to Facebook. I posted a long comment a week ago explaining the situation and that I will soon have to take legal action against Burton. That post was removed a couple of days later. I decided then, to do like most people on the page, and commented on each and every post they had. I posted what is happening to me but also "GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK" that got a lot of likes. Today I discovered that not only have all of my comments been removed (with all of the other comments from angry consumers) but that I had also been blocked from their page. I cannot comment or like (with the angry face) any single post. So...They ignore my emails, they block me on Facebook and they STILL have my £250 + £5.95 for fast shipping. If the plan was to give away my money, I would have given it to charity and not to this nightmare of a company! They are no other ways of contacting them as their phones are closed due to Covid. Is this normal? NO! A terrible company with a lousy service! That's what it is. Fun fact? Since this started, I have received NOTHING from Burton, not even email advertising something new like other brands do. My husband on the other hand...gets emailed every week with new offers. They have time to send those emails, they have time to block me on Facebook but they don't have the time to PAY BACK MY MONEY and pay all of the other costumes that are in the same boat as me. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Very sad, that after so many many year's, and many many "rig outs", bought for a night out, that due to these terrible times we are all going through, they will be no longer on our High Street. Whatever fashion, you were in too, admit it guy's, we have all bought something from Burton, in our time. Another store to go online and the way thing's are going with online shopping, we will be on a constant lockdown, as there are no shop's to go to anyway ! I wish all the staff well, for the future !

Ordered 2 suits from Burton, neither arrived, promised a refund 35 days ago, still not arrived. 1st suit ordered and paid for 11/12/2020, store sent back after I didn't collect due to not being sent delivery notification, then a replacement ordered and paid for 22/01/2021 Hermes courier never delivered as they reported parcel damaged beyond repair. So paid for 2 suits not received or been refunded or had replacement sent for either.

Order no.496806486 This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star if I could give 0 stars I would . I bought a pair of shoes from their sale which was 25 quid from full price of 57 quid. I was sent the wrong shoes but the right size, returned them and ordered again as I really liked the shoes and here you go they have again sent the wrong shoes way cheaper than them and right size. Their sale is just a gimmick to sell all bad stuff to costumers cz atlesst half of them might not go through the hassle of returns thinking oh the size is atleast right. Absolute rip off.
