Spent roughly 1600 USD on their online store as a first time customer. Before I even receive all the items they announce an end of season sale for members. I get in touch with their customer support to ask if they can refund me the difference, which at this point most online retailers do. The customer service agent claims that they can't do that, lies about the time in between when I placed the order and when they announced the sale, and claims that they are unable to piece together different discounts in order to refund me the difference. The laughable solution they provide is for me to resend everything and order again. They would rather spend money on shipping, waste mine and their own time, and unnecessarily impact the environment rather than provide a level of customer support that every other online retailer I've used in recent years provides. This is a company that claims on their website that they care for the planet, that they minimize their impact on the environment by reducing carbon emissions, and making sure everyone feels welcome in our community, when in reality they would rather nickel-and-dime their customers or unnecessarily impact the environment. Buy at your own peril, and hope you don't have to engage with their customer "service". I recommend spending your money on a company that actually lives their values, provides good support, and that doesn't just Greenwash with nice statements that they ignore when they have an opportunity to live up to them.

Phoned to ask if the black friday deals applied in store as i would like to come and buy some parts i've been saving up for and come and pay for them cash in the Ilford shop. Was told yes thats fine, but the black friday deals are online only. So i travelled down 2 1/2 hours only to be told by a reall offish member of staff at the store that they dont take cash any more. Why didnt they tell me on the phone when i called to ask that before letting me drive all that way? They said the boss is too tight to pay 1p to put the cash in the bank, and now have lost all future business from me.

Commande d'un démarreur pour Caterham qui ne s'adapte pas. Demande de retour effectuée dans les temps mais plus aucune réponse de leur part malgré les nombreuses relances.

I’ve brought a few things from them but this time needed some help. I’m after 2 breather hoses and some spark plug leads. 3 days later received an email stating they don’t stock what I need. I’ve been on site today and found 1 pipe I need and leads.

I ordered and received a BH8 bell housing which was to fit my Cologne V-6 to a T-5 trans. Unfortunately the starter they recommended did not fit their bell housing. The stock starter will not fit their bell, and they as of now one year later as far as I know still cannot provide a starter that will fit their BH8 bell and work with the stock Cologne 2.8l ring gear/fllywheel. So my project is stalled and as it seems orphaned.

I couldn't be more annoyed with Burton Power. I ordered and paid for a head gasket set that was urgently required. It was shown as in stock, so I ordered online and paid extra for 1-2 day courier delivery service. I had no reply to an email I sent a couple of days later to check on status, and after phoning I was told by someone, that sounded half-a-sleep and totally uninterested, that the head gasket was not even in stock! Completely messed up my planned weekend away. If I had not contacted them, who knows how long I would have had to wait for the parts - and how can BP justify charging extra for a fast delivery if they haven't even got the item in stock? Totally disgusted with Burton Power, their total lack of professionalism and indifferent attitude.
