“All fine and prompt delivery. Would be 5 stars but my only concern is that for initial tracking it suggests using "shop", but when you download the "shop" APP it wants full permissions for your email, sounds very dodgy. However busybeaks later sent another email with a normal tracking (not "shop") service.”

“I usually give 5 stars but the recent suet balls are not getting eaten for some inexplicable reason. Other than that very pleased with service, price and helpfulness of the staff.”

“Good choice, birds love the food. Good price and delivery driver pleasant and efficient. The only issue I have just noticed 2 x suet blocks have a best before date 1.11.22 and my delivery was 15.11.22”

“Good product and fast delivery, I would have given five starts except the packaging wasn't strong enough for the weight of the contents and the box had split badly and the bird feed had spilled out. This wasn't the fault of the courier, the contents was much too heavy for the quality of the box it was sent in. Good product .. poor packing”

“As the order l made with you was for an elderly neighbour, l cant really give you a personal review. All l know is that the lady bought some of the same bird feed from you before, and that she was pleased with it and asked me to get more.”

“Good price for dried mealworms. First bag sent was slashed open in transit and half empty on arrival, so I refused it - but an email to customer support turned a replacement around virtually by return. I said to them, "Everyone has problems - it is how you deal with them which makes the difference." So, many thanks, Busy Beaks - I shall buy from you again. Alan Bartlam. Aberdeenshire.”
