“John Thorpe - avoid like the plague, fitted new bathroom, paid in full, ignored calls & texts to return to fix the wet room he fitted. Cannot use the shower as it has been badly fitted therefore unable to use. Feel like we have really been done over. Now we will have to pay for someone else to fix this problem. Not a happy customer. Avoid at all costs. He will promise to come back but will keep delaying saying he will come back but he doesn't.”
