“Avoid - Total Scam Artist
Hi folks,
If anyone is considering using this website then please avoid it or you’ll be out of pocket like I am.
Firstly, this is not a UK website, it’s based in China which was the first red alert to me as the motherboard took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was faulty so I contacted the website. This guy Andy replied saying the motherboard was tested and is fine. I provided all the information and photos proving it was faulty and then he gave me an address in China to return it to..
So, I posted off the motherboard last August and this Andy guy has always claimed it never arrived. In September I decided to make a claim via Royal Mail for lost post but yesterday I was informed the claim was declined as the package had been successfully delivered. I asked for proof of delivery and they sent me the tracking information showing it has been delivered.
I have since contacted this Andy guy again but he is now ignoring my mails. I am now out the cost of the motherboard and now also the return postage, over £300 so it’s quite a large amount.
I’m not sure what I can do now if anything so I’m just hoping nobody else will fall for this scam artist..”
