“My flat had a short lease which I couldn't afford to renew and I was struggling to sell on the open market because the property was not mortgageable. BMH bought my property in 2 weeks and I didn't have to renew the lease.”

“A buyer fell through on the purchase of my property because it had a timber frame and was a non-standard construction. BMH guaranteed to buy it regardless of the condition and did so 2 weeks later.”

“I had a sale agreed with a buyer via my estate agents however the buyers failed to get their mortgage offer so I was back to square one. I contacted BMH and they didn't even have to do a survey, making it so much easier for everyone involved.”
