“No unnecessary paper-work or hidden fees. From the start the team displayed a high level of professionalism and transparency. I knew from the start their cash offer was going to be a bit lower than the market price and the transaction completed much faster than expected. It was a straight-forward process which was a huge relief.”

“The staff were really helpful and friendly. I work full time and couldn't always contact them during the day however they were happy for me to contact them in the late evening and over the weekend to get updates which were really helpful.”
