“The hip flasks are exactly what I wanted as groom party gifts, the staff were incredibly helpful, went out of their way to have them delivered in exceptional time and even added a personal message and gift. I have never experienced customer service like it. The closest I can think of was their sister company buy-a-kilt.com!!!!!! Can't speak highly enough of them...”

“I ordered a set of five of the 6 oz classic plain stamped pewter flasks for gifts for my groomsmen. They look great and the service couldn't have been better. They were very prompt in responding to questions. I needed them in a relatively short period of time in Washington, DC and they arrived within 5 days of ordering them.”

“Being a bit of a dinasor, I got stuck with on line ordering (not the website...me!) and called with a question.... What wonderful, efficient and helpful service! The hip flask arrived around 48 hours later...perfect. Very lovely product, looks and feels great and the engraving just perfect. Thanks for excellent advice. “Excellent product, had to phone company as flask I was looking for was out of stock and would be 10 working days before it would be back in stock. Not a problem sir we will phone our suppliers to see if they could get one earlier as I was requiring it for a birthday, the flask arrived in 4 working days, can't thank you enough. Peter Grant”
