“Buyahipflask.com epitomizes the reason I prefer to buy from smaller online vendors. The ordering experience was awesome and the customer service is first rate. After I made my order, I decided to add a flask as a gift for someone. I quickly emailed and asked if I could still add to my order and Samantha, literally, grabbed my order out of their shipment box and held it until my second flask was ready so they could be shipped together. My flasks appeared at my front door the day after they shipped (I live in Oregon and they shipped from Scotland) and the quality was just what I was hoping for. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better, overall, experience.”

“Hi Sam, This did not remove the marks unfortunately. Have you got an email I can send you pics to. All the best Rick 'Hi Richard, I am so sorry to hear the issue with your flask! What the marks might be is residue from a type of polish we use. All our pewter items are handmade and in the finishing processed they are polished with a really thick and heavy polish, this is what makes the pewter so shiny. Very occasionally some of the polish is missed and it can form dark marks on the pewter and can look like scratches or discolouring of the metal. Can you try giving it a wash in warm soapy water? If it is polish it is easily removed. Can you try doing that and let me know how you get on? ~ Sam'”

“Hip flask. I phoned them to ask a question the lady was very helpful would recommend phoning before placing an order if you have any questions. They contacted me as soon as they knew what I wanted engraved would not all fit on the Brass plate and give me an alternative suggestion Which worked well and it came in time for my sons 21st Birthday. Loved the choice of fonts. They kept me updated by email when the flask was on the way I used an alternative delivery address it arrived well packed in a lovely black box ideal to wrap. A wonderful company.”

“Bought the round pewter hip flask with the Rennie MacIntosh Glasgow Rose design - it is beautiful and just the right size for my walking trousers pocket.
