“Very professional, I was always kept informed & I found you very prompt & helpful with the additional information I needed. I think your online engraving format could be improved , when you choose a font type it should show what that font looks like & when laying out the tex , it changes once you've completed it so your not sure if it will come out how it was originally laied out or how it is shown once compleat .”

“Hi. The quality of the flask is very good as was the service. I had a name engraved on one side and a simple football team logo on the other side and was very pleased with how it looked.”

Hi Graham, I am so sorry to hear that there is a problem with your funnel. I can see the one you had ordered is a pewter funnel, it is a light material. Its actually a derivative of tin so its perhaps not as firm as our stainless steel versions. If you would prefer to send this one back in to us for an exchnage this will be no problem at all, please just get in touch and we can send you over our free shipping label. “Very happy with quality of product and arrived promptly. My hip flask is currently being used in the Swiss mountains. A tot of brandy in my coffeet adds greatly to my pleasure! Thank you.”

“The standard of the flask was amazing, it was bought as a gift for friend and he loved it. The service was outstanding they could not have been more helpful. I ordered it quite late, yet they still managed to get the order out to me on time. I can't recommend them enough.”

“I bought a small heart shaped hip flask as a wedding gift and the engraver was able to use a specific font that I requested. I was delighted with the service pre and post order. My email enquiry was dealt with promptly and the order was despatched almost immediately. I couldn't recommend this company enough!”

“My hipflasks arrived today and I am extremely happy with them, the Edwin Blyde pewter one is to be a gift for a friend's 50th and is just beautiful, can't wait to give it to her. They arrived much quicker than I thought and I was also very impressed by your site and found placing an order very easy. “Website was easy to negotiate. Found the flask I wanted. It got delivered to my friend's address within the specified time. I can't comment on the product myself as I didn't get to see it in the 'flesh' as it was for an 18th birthday present but my friend was very impressed when the 'lid fell open' while she was wrapping it for me!! Maybe you could offer a wrapping service to complete the gift experience? Would be very happy to recommend this site as an alternative in gifts and would use again myself. Thank you.”

“I cannot thank these guys enough. I searched for quite some time to find a company to engrave both a crest and text at the same time - and they were the only ones i could find. Not only was it all easy to use, they responded promptly to all my queries, even messaged me when the initial crest upload didnt work on the same day as i had sent it. When i was worried about it arriving on time, they calmed me down saying all was on track, that it was being processed that day and that it would in fact arrive. It arrived the day after that which was so incredible. The product was perfect, exactly what I had asked for and the service, help and whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you so so much!”

“I bought this flask to replace one that disappeared a couple of years ago. That one belonged to my late, youngest son. Before I lost that one I wanted to have it engraved with his name. I am glad to have found this one from the buy a hip flask people, it was a perfect match, and with the engraving they did for me, I now have the flask I wanted, And I am very pleased with the service, I ordered the flask on the 11th, received shipping notification on the 12th, received the flask15th! And of course the flask is beautiful, well made. I will buy from them again.”
