“Very impressed with service. I was initially sent the wrong quaich due to a product code error but buy a quaich were very helpful and swiftly despatched a very suitable replacement. Excellent communication.Thanks for your co-operation.”

“I give this company 5 stars for the way they dealt with problem . I ordered a quaich with engraving but it was delivered with no engraving . My phone call was dealt with promptly and I received a replacement quaich , fully engraved the following day . Quaich was also of excellent quality. Mistakes happen but the way this was dealt with showed excellent customer service.”

“The Quaich was delivered by FedEx earlier than expected in extremely good condition. Upon opening the package we were pleasantly surprised to see the fine quality of the item. The bowl and the lugs were well manufactured and as said before were of excellent quality. We were also pleasantly surprised to see the engraving of the greeting inside the bowl as we imagined that this would be on the side, but it makes more sense to see the inscription every time someone takes a drink to our grandson's health. Thank you for your excellent service and we will be sure to pass on our recommendations to anyone of our friends who are looking for quality Scottish items from your company. Peter and Nan Buchanan”
