“Very sneaky leaving the transaction fee out of any mention right up until the last stage of payment. I paid in €60 (2 x WALLET30) looking to get 1 year of xbox live. When I saw the 8.99 added at the end I was raging. I know, business is business, you have to by sly to make money, but there's also such thing as taking your customers as idiots, which is exactly what you're doing. Now I have money stuck in my buygamecredit wallet that I don't want to give but I have to.”

“i cant even buy £5 xbox points because they ran out of stock and the entire point that it was support to be quicker to go through this rather than waiting the next day to buy it now i have £5 in the wallet of this place i cant even use till i top up £10 in phone credit because im 02 making it even more pointless and awkward to begin with”

“When your order goes through you dont always received codes u then have to chase this up and prove evidence via screenshots poor once purchased 80 pound worth of codes and dident receive codes for a week this is not good enough”
