“I ordered this product and was trying to return it, as it was advertised that I could return. I had a very good reason for return. Below is my email to Customer Service. I sent it twice and didn't get any responses. VERY disappointing!!!
Dear Sir or Madam,
I ordered the product and then consulted with my doctor who did not recommend for me to take Vittaburn due to the medications I take on a daily basis. How can I return this product?
Thank you so much for your help!
Best regards”
“The Mycrosoothe does not work at all, I used 4 bottles and the product did not show any kind of difference on toe nails, none! Is fake garbage. Don’t waste your money or time.”
“I’m not getting any help whatsoever from this company I’ve sent five emails begging them to give me their tax reference number but they just keep sending automatically generated emails. I’m in the UK and I need to return an item. It only arrived yesterday and I’m within my 60 day money back guarantee. But I need their tax reference number to put on the courier label and they are literally refusing to give this to me. By doing this my package will be held up at customs and possibly won’t get to them until the 60 days has expired - so that way they keep my money and I lose around £150. They are clearly playing games with words and no matter what I do they are simply manoeuvring around my simple request. The reason I’m sending this product back is because it is not to be taken by people suffering with epilepsy. I hope they’re happy upsetting me this way. Keep my money if if it means that much to you.”
