“My wife ordered $300 worth of a metabolism supplement. She changed her mind and did not order the package. When the packaged arrived, she tried to return it. Then this happened.
Called, no answer, several times. Wrote a request on their website, no response. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone, when we hit the prompt to make a purchase. They said to text the request. We did that and...no response.
We are out $300 and have never heard from Buygoods.com since my wife placed the order.
We give this online company 1 star, and would give it 0 stars if we could.”
“I tried to return when I looked at the ingredients compared to what I was finishing up, Gluco Control, the components of Sugar Pro were identical!!! That is what prompted my request for the refund. I had not noted any benefit from the Gluco Control which I was completing when I placed my order and the infomercial suggested other ingredients in your product so I thought I would try Sugar Pro as I had not noticed results with Gluco Control. Only a 2 months trial period does not allow adequate time for oral supplements to see benefits, if any. I contacted BuyGoods on 2/20/26, after receiving product on 11/25/25. after the 2 mos refund policy which also overlapped with two months of holidays!
I am a senior citizen on fixed income.
This policy is inappropriate for a supplement so I would not recommend this product and AGENT, Buy Goods, that is selling/representing them.”

“I’m not getting any help whatsoever from this company I’ve sent five emails begging them to give me their tax reference number but they just keep sending automatically generated emails. I’m in the UK and I need to return an item. It only arrived yesterday and I’m within my 60 day money back guarantee. But I need their tax reference number to put on the courier label and they are literally refusing to give this to me. By doing this my package will be held up at customs and possibly won’t get to them until the 60 days has expired - so that way they keep my money and I lose around £150. They are clearly playing games with words and no matter what I do they are simply manoeuvring around my simple request. The reason I’m sending this product back is because it is not to be taken by people suffering with epilepsy. I hope they’re happy upsetting me this way.
