We purchased a Uppababy Ridge back in the end of November with a lead time of 4/6 weeks. We didn’t get our buggy till the 14th of February, communications were a bit curt and there were no apologies around the delays etc. The buggy is perfect but the service level was less than I expected from previous experience albeit those experiences were a few years ago.

The byggebo team is attentive and very professional. They sought a solution to my problem, and we were able to resolve the difficulty I encountered. Being French, it wasn't easy for both parties. I am truly satisfied with the service provided.

I was very happy about the service provided as well as with the products received. I have to say I was a bit disappointed due to the fact that our trip trap chair did not have our son's name engraved as we requested. This was a one in a lifetime opportunity and we missed it.
