Arrived mid January and customer services said the were still in a container before then and the fact the were still listed in stock the whole time through to delivery was an IT error but never changed. The chairs arrived with a part missing which they will not do anything about. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY FRÔ THÉ ”

I have chased several times and I have been given no information about when to expect them. These are still for sale on their website with a 2 week delivery claim. Frustrated and concerned about my the possibility of losing my money. ”

This is completely unacceptable to offer false and inaccurate delivery dates on your site, followed by zero communication on any such delays. ”

“ Really avoid this company! The small print says you have to pay for return to uk depot which is in Ipswich! For me that is £150 to return a £700 table. Delivery was a nightmare. And they do claim you can’t damage delivery box if you want to return - even though the one I had already had been resealed. ”
