One of the chairs arrived damaged which was a shame, but Kallevig offered me a refund so I was willing to accept the sdamaged chair as it was still usable, just badly scratched.

I’m sorry to say I’ve not had a good experience with this company. Not only was the wishbone chair I purchased extremely uncomfortable but returning it has proven strangely difficult. I still haven’t received a refund and customer service won’t respond to my emails. I would never deal with this Kallevig again.

Ordered 4/19, cancelled the order on 4/22. Received a confirmation email. Still waiting for my refund of $1521. This is awful.

Ordered 2 office chairs, and they charge for delivery by the way and proceeded to delay delivery . In the end I cancelled my order on the 18th of January 2022 and still waiting for my refund. When I chat to them, they keep saying the refund was processed and the date keeps changing. Do not deal with these cowboys ! Still waiting for my refund.

Stay away, awful customer service, office chair arrived faulty and company is refusing to refund return costs.

Furthermore If I had been able to disassemble the chair (base is completely stuck) the company would charge me 30% off the refund as the chair now has a scratch on it due to the dissembling efforts.

I ordered 4 wishbone chairs and all arrived with defects. Poor quality from a china factory. Contacted the customer support couple of times created claims by their platform but nothing worked out. They never provide any refund or replacement. Do not waste your money and time!

I've given them 24 hours to refund it, or will be issuing a chargeback through my credit card provider.

If they'd have held their hands up and said sorry, it's much longer than advertised so we'll refund you the delivery charge then I'd have been happy and given a much better review.
