I’m sorry to say I’ve not had a good experience with this company. Not only was the wishbone chair I purchased extremely uncomfortable but returning it has proven strangely difficult. I still haven’t received a refund and customer service won’t respond to my emails. I would never deal with this Kallevig again.

Chairs were due to arrive on 7th December as they were listed in stock. Arrived mid January and customer services said the were still in a container before then and the fact the were still listed in stock the whole time through to delivery was an IT error but never changed. The chairs arrived with a part missing which they will not do anything about. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY FRÔ THÉ

When contacting customer services (incredibly slow at responding) they state that "some table tops might vary" and that I received "Phase 2 Compliant MDF" (a hugely inferior and cheap bit of tabletop that was received very messy with some small damage.

  However, when there's a series of negative experiences with one company demonstrating consistent poor quality goods, and poor customer service, I can feel prompted! I ordered a desk from their website.

Worst customer service ever on top of a failed product - office chair with key part that shattered after just a few days. Avoid these guys - they are a really shoddy outfit

Atrocious customer service. Company sent wrong item that arrived weeks late, then refused to pay for the item to be returned. Would never use again.

Terrible customer service on all issues to do with delivery and astronomical fees charged for delivery which would be only marginally more expensive to (dare i say it) have bought identical chairs via Amazon where at least they have a decent customer service.

Terrible customer support I placed my order towards the end of October and asked in the live chat how long shipping would be - the response was 3-5 working days. Excellent. What they didn't say was this "3-5 working days" is in fact AFTER it's been picked up by their courier, something that was only apparent once I received my tracking. Fine. The projected pick up date was October 28th, and later it became Nov 2nd, then Nov 3rd. I contacted the support on live chat, pointing out my date had been moved back several times and I'm starting to feel like the item doesn't exist. They guaranteed my item would be collected on latest on the 5th and I requested them to send me an email with this information. The email I received said "by Friday this week" (being Nov 6th). Today I check the tracking and SURPRISE, it's now saying November 10th! Ridiculous. I do not trust this site and have contacted them again requesting my money back as this is clearly a scam. No idea what service the 5 star reviewers on trustpilot have received, maybe they're fake too?
