“When ordering the website mention in stock 2-3 days delivery I ordered 4 chairs on a Saturday and expected it to be delivered on the Thursday or Friday. I call on the following Monday ask when it would delivered and was told they attempted delivery today while our site is closed on Mondays and they now tell delivery will cost a £50 to redeliver. In this day and age one usually get a delivery notice prior to the delivery date. Nothing of the sort from this company. I have been in the restaurant trade over 20 years with six sites and never have I received such bad and expensive service. David L”
“Tried to charge us full price for a simple return because the package had been opened.They were even weeks late in picking up the return. And we have been a repeat client. Truly a dishonest company who only resells items and has no expertise in what they do. Fraudulent.”

“Delivery times quoted are more of a hope than an expectation. Took nearly 2 months and numerous telephone calls and emails to eventually get our order. There are other companies, just as competitively priced, but who deliver when they promise they will.”
