“Nightmare..of a company …

I am getting really sick of having to chase for goods you have taken the money for, not even an email with an update. I am currently building a camper van and have been using many suppliers and I must say you are the worst... you have a great business model ...you take the money for goods and supply nothing ! If you don't have the items in stock, why not put this on your website and then at least the customer can go to a supplier with stock, instead of just keeping their money in your bank account and supplying no updates..... as you can see you have one unhappy customer...would really appreciate you looking into this complaint promptly. I look forward to reading your reply”
“Received incorrect items, they said I would get a full refund, do not require you to return items do what you want with them. Got refund of £3.60 out of £14.46 NOT a full refund according to my arithmetic. TERRIBLE company”
“Pretty much the worst online purchase (or attempt at one) i have ever had. I ordered a gaslow bottle from them, at the start of april. It was showing as in stock on their website.
Then they contact me (after 2 weeks and me chasing) to tell me its out of stock, but would be in the following week.
Well, i got to the end of 2 months, chasing them most weeks, and finally raised a complaint through paypal. The item never got sent (they claimed it did, but then couldnt find a dispatch note) and their responses to emails took a week or two.... and you couldnt phone as no one was ever in!!
Eventually they agreed to refund me, but even that took a week with no response, and then i had to raise a case via paypal to get the money back.
awful customer service, and terrible communication. I wish i had read this feedback before buying.... never again!”
“We have used CAkKtanks for 33years and usually get great service.
Occasional glitches but normally they are waiting for parts to send to us when that occurs.
They have been under great pressure the last 18 months with staff shortages and huge demand”

I bought a Roma double micro switch tap some months ago . When it arrived I thought it was odd as it looked like it came from some other company?
I didn't get a receipt and it was very poorly packaged. I contacted them twice for my receipt and nothing in return .
I've used the tap once . The first time it leaked and the second time it poured out of every joint.t apart from where it was supposed to come out . I got a plumber to have a look at it and he said it was a complete joke to have sold me it in the first place as he reckons it was totally faulty from the day it arrived and would never have worked properly. The seals were all broken .
