“Terrible experience. Order a miner, like everyone else, they never sent it. Filled out the refund form on 10/25, today I got a confirmation that they put me in line for a replacement!??. Then they then sent me an email that they cannot process my refund due to an error with my credit card, that I must not be using the same card or same address (both of those statements are false). Had to fill out a form to try to get a bank wire that they say can take up to 3 weeks. Based on what I'm seeing here, that won't happen. Already notified my bank about this scam.”
