We own a business with about 100 clients. Occasionally they do not pay their bill on time. After finding Call-Em-All, some of the problem has been alleviated. I choose the list, enter them from the list kept on the Call-Em-All site, record my reminder and within 15 minutes, I have calls thanking me for the reminder and making a payment. I am so glad I found this service.

I was very happy with Call-em-all's service...I was, until they told us they could no longer help us reach out to our customers -- all of whom, BTW, had signed opt-in cards -- and without a warning deleted our account, including our DNC file, which was very valuable to us. Good thing there are other companies available to us.

Very pleased with the service from Call-Em-All. When we had an issue early on with calls not going through, the problem was resolved promptly. Their customer service is very good.

I used your service in my Synagogue which closed. My new Synagogue has just changed from the one they had to your service because we had good service at the closed Synagogue. Regina

I am a manager of a 120 unit apartment complex. I have been very successful over the last three years keeping my tenants informed about what is going on at the property. I also use it for snow command. I time the releases to let everyone know when to move their cars for the snow plows. You do have to be vigilant, and make sure you keep all the numbers up to date, but if it's working, it's working. Yes, I would recommend this service for all apartment managers.

When Call-em-all was first demonstrated to us (and we did a return demo) it was "easy." But if you have several offices creating the accounts can be rather nightmarish. Now that we know all of the in's-and-out's of the system we are confident it will work smoothly from start to finish and will be extremely helpful. We had a REAL ISSUE with the payment of one of our clinics--best to contact the office manager directly, and I mean by phone. Our poor manager tried numerous times to get a payment in and we nurses were constantly "hounded" about payment--something not within our scope here. Thanks!

I find the service is fairly easy to use. The messages go out at the specified time. It is so handy for our group because not everyone wants to use e-mail or other digital media.

When phone is answered it takes too long for the recording to start ....... figuring it's just another sales pitch, or worse yet a politician, they hang up. Biggest complaint is that they are getting rewind effect ....... this is (my name) over and over again ... they don't get the entire message.

My company uses Call-Em-All to rapid fire distribute emergency messages to the properties we over see, without Call-Em-All we'd have to make thousands of calls manually.

I love this system and it saves me tons of work with a large congregation, but the text chracter limitation is a real hassle- hard to send meaningful texts with such limits-
