This happened 4 times up till the tenth day and insisted on a refund, to be told it would have to be a bank transfer.

I ordered an item from you, paying for expedited delivery, and when the order was received there was only a fastener in the box, no wrist strap as I had ordered. There was no mention of this on any paperwork that I had from you. The order was consequently cancelled and refunded only for the item in question to appear on your website at a much higher price than I had paid originally so I had to re order, pay for delivery again and pay a higher price for the same item

Not very accurate photographs of the backdrop I ordered. The item was completely different to the one shown on your site. When also trying to sort out my refund, your staff were not clear on the procedure and I had to wait on the phone on two occasions whilst he sought help on the next steps. I thought this was rather unprofessional for something which should be a common or at least standard procedure.

I bought a refurbished Nikon speed light for £200 but Calumet failed to notify me that the item had a faulty battery compartment. When I asked to return for a refund / store credit I was refused - seems as if Calumet think the Sale of Goods act somehow doesn't apply to them. Fact is, the item isn't fit for purpose and should never have been sold at all.

I then proceeded to have the item repaired and refunded, which the 2 staff at the store did not comply.

Customer service was slow and inattentive, and website is misleading - I did eventually get my refund back, but £20 out of pocket.

I ordered a second hand lens from your website in good faith. One day later I was told the product was discontinued (despite being a second hand item). I then had to wait two days for a refund.

) but i was told the lens didn't have a fault and they would refund it! I never said there was a fault just a backfocus issue but no matter how many emails and phone calls no one seemed to understand :( Took them over a week to handle is matter.

The staff at large were extremely unhelpful and didn't even offer to proceed even following the verification of address, full payment transfer and quick responses on my end, they just "felt" that they need to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Edit: After seeing my original review, Calumet have refunded my postage charge in full.
