“Carol did not want to deliver my goods due to the fact the my transfer had not cleared so I drew cash money to pay the balance as to not delay the process the following day the funds cleared now I'm having trouble getting my refund out of Carol she assured me the funds would be in my account day before yesterday 4/11/2019 still today nothing this is unacceptable after I have proof that my money was paid over now I get all my calls and messages ignored.”
