“We arranged a training day at the Cricket Club for the 23rd July. Visited the site and upstairs was confirmed. Unfortunately, after the booking was arranged in person we were phoned by the Chair to explain none of this had been arranged. Poor communication between team members and very hard place to get hold of. On the phone the Chair stated 'the number on the website was incorrect!'. No response to regular emails - impossible to each via the phone (only phoned back after numerous emails). Phone manner was appalling and very rude - completely dismissing the booking. We feel incredibly let down by CCC and will be sharing our experience with others. Please avoid booking at this location. Much better options and companies grateful for the business.”
