About CambriLearn:

CambriLearn is an accredited online private school for students aged 4 to 19, teaching families in more than 100 countries.

Lessons are live and timetabled, taught by qualified subject teachers, and classes run to a set weekly schedule. Students follow the International British Curriculum, Pearson Edexcel or US K-12 pathway and sit the same external examinations as students in a school building, so they leave with qualifications universities recognise anywhere.

Every lesson is recorded and available afterwards. Parents can see marks, attendance and progress at any point in the year rather than waiting for a report to arrive.

CambriLearn is accredited by Cognia and Pearson Edexcel, and is NCAA approved. More than 80,000 students have come through the school over 20 years, with a 98% university acceptance rate.

“The thing I like is that I can actually see what’s going on with my child’s education now. Before, I’d ask how school was and get ‘fine’. That was basically it 😂. Now I have a much better idea of what she’s doing, where she needs help and what she’s doing well in.”

“We travel quite a bit for work and having school tied to one physical place was becoming impossible. CambriLearn has made our lives so much easier. The kids still have their school routine but we’re not panicking every time we need to be somewhere else for a few weeks. For our family it just works.”

“Our daughter is quite shy and traditional school was always a bit overwhelming for her. She was never a problem child, she just sort of disappeared into the background. Since moving online she has become much more confident about asking questions and speaking to her teachers. We’ve really noticed the change at home too.”

“My daughter has been with CambriLearn for just over a year now. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t have to move at exactly the same pace as 30 other children. If she understands something she can carry on, and if she doesn’t, she can spend more time on it. It sounds simple but it has made a huge difference for her”

“We joined halfway through the year after things just weren’t working at my son’s previous school. I was honestly expecting a difficult transition but he settled in much quicker than I thought. He likes knowing what he needs to do and being able to get on with it without all the noise and distraction. He’s just a much calmer child at the moment.”

“For us it came down to our child being happy again. His marks were never terrible at his old school, so from the outside everything looked fine, but every morning was a fight and he hated going. That has completely changed. He does his work, chats to his teachers when he needs help and then gets on with his day. I’m not saying online school will suit every child, but it has suited ours.”

“We have two children using CambriLearn and they are complete opposites. One gets everything done early and the other needs constant reminding. What I like is that the school setup works for both of them. They can have their own routine instead of us trying to force them into exactly the same way of learning.”

“My biggest worry was the social side because everyone immediately says ‘but what about friends?’ when you mention online school. My daughter still sees her friends, goes to swimming and does other activities during the week. School doesn’t have to be the only place children socialise. She actually has more time for those things now.”

“What sold me eventually was seeing my son take responsibility for his own work. At first I was checking everything and probably annoying him more than helping . A few months in and he knows what he needs to do, manages his week pretty well and will contact a teacher himself if he gets stuck. That independence has probably been the biggest win for us, thank you to the Cambrilearn teachers and support team.”

“We were specifically looking for an online school that could give my son the balance between his academic work and sports but more importantly be able to connect with other children his age and have a social element. Cambrilearn's cambricommunity is fantastic and he has made one friend in New Zealand and another in the UK - this would never be possible at a traditional school, let alone the previous school we were at.”

“We moved to a new country during a turbulent time in the region and it made it even more complex for us as family, with two school going children. We looked at a few different options for schooling so we wouldn't have breaks and maintain routine for both our children and we chose Cambrilearn.
