“Marquee was much smaller than it should have been. Refused to set up tables hired from them in marquee, it turns out most other companies are happy to do this.”

We appreciate your business and your feedback. I have now spoken to the person who came to do your site visit and have investigated this properly. We don't lay tables out for clients because the labour costs of doing this are not factored into quotations and this can take a while to perfect where they all go. I have discussed this with your caterer since your review. He agrees that he knew that the tables were down to his company to lay out. I am sorry that you feel the marquee size was not adequate to your needs, we did mention that the size was not large enough for the extra items and guests that you added on after the initial site visit which unfortunately you were unable to attend personally. Despite the CAD drawings we sent you showing the furniture and space and the numerous emails, you did not take up the opportunity of increasing the size of the marquee. I hope this goes some way to explaining our position. We are as a company disappointed that you were not entirely happy with the final result, as I know the site team worked extremely hard to create the marquee as you envisaged it for your special day.
