Instructions were calm, clear, and concise.
Everything was covered methodically.
He built confidence, corrected mistakes constructively, and was positive the whole time dispite the rain!!!

“Despite informing CnA I'm having issues with the brand new bike I brought from this dealership they told me their is nothing wrong with the bike. I've had a few experienced riders have a go and they all say there is a problem. And they had the bike back to see what was wrong they used it for about 60 miles and still said "nothing wrong" i made a phone call to some other dealerships and just from me explaining on the phone what is wrong they believe they can fix it. So I'll never be taking my bike back thier for repair or service ever again.”

“I went to the shop with the idea of the bike I wanted and details of a 1971 example which was 200 miles away. For a fee, the staff contacted the vendor, and checked the bike was legally fit to be sold, went to Newcastle, checked the bike was as described and brought it back to their showroom. All the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was talked through the details of the bike including starting and running procedure and assured if I have problems, they are on hand to help. The easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. Definitely recommend to future purchasers.”
