“The on site restaurant on site has been let down by an extremely un helpful, jobsworth of an employee. My small children were visibly upset from having to put their chat down. The lady serving at the counter refused to allow us to have breakfast 4 minutes past the finish time, despite admitting she’d just done it for the person in front of me who I assume hadn’t got 2 upset children. Then to show how much they value custom they respond to a Google review without any empathy or emotion”
