“I cannot praise the customer service highly enough for Canoe & Kayak Store. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy customer. There was an issue that they were able to address quickly, effectively, and took the stress out of the situation which was fantastic. I can highly recommend buying from them and I am now a very happy owner of a 15ft canoe and will be making future purchases from them as they are trustworthy, efficient, and friendly.”

“I ordered a Paddle Board Seat after seeing an advert pop-up while Googling. I had been looking specifically for the one and had seen it advertised elsewhere at almost double the cost plus postage. I had ordered this item before from elsewhere (eBay and Frontline Dealers with shop outlets) and the money had been taken only for me to get a 'we will send when we get back in stock'. I was slightly sceptical when I ordered from this Company as I suspected the same but I am extremely pleased to say that my purchase was a bargain, posted extremely quickly and a very easy experience for me. DELIGHTED. Thank you, Canoe and Kayak.”

“Bought my kayak from Canoe and Kayak Store and they were very helpful. Recently, I ordered a new PFD online. It was ordered after their cut-off for next day delivery but still delivered next day. When I needed to return an item the refund was processed next day. Excellent service and a great range of products. Will definitely keep buying from Canoe and Kayak Store.”
