“Great customer service. Order was made on an item out of stock and received a phone call informing me that it could take longer to arrive. Item still arrived in a timely manner. And product is as described. 100% would recommend and order again!!”

“Went on demo evening this was very helpful in deciding which kayak to buy and the guys made it great fun. Bought a two man kayak two days later,have been very pleased with it although glue had gone off in the tube in repair kit.”

“I cannot praise the store and their customer service highly enough. My daughter was leaving on a short notice break with family which was to include some time on a SUP. I researched what the best bouyancy aid would be for her and came up with the Palm Meander Buoyancy Aid - Women's Fit. Having looked online for the best price and stock, I called Canoe and Kayak and they were excellent in confirming the size and then sending the item out first class delivery, ensuring it arrived on time. As I said, First Class!”

“Bought a kayak touring paddle online. Price was better than I had found elsewhere. Service was very good. Staff were very knowledgeable. I changed my mind about paddle dimensions after delivery and had no problem exchanging the (unused) paddle. Order was easy to track and was delivered on agreed day. I would be very happy to use the store again.”
