“I purchased 2 machines during a promotion period. Every single item that was supposed to be "FREE" with the promotion, I did not receive. There were also many items & missing parts for the machine. I've made several attempts to contact customer service through phone calls and emails and I have yet to hear back from them regarding a resolution. If this is their "customer service", I will cancel my second machine and return the one I already received, i only ordered this machine because it did come with the promotional items.”
