“ My initial order with the company took 30 days to arrive; however, my second order was quite unsatisfactory. They declined to rectify the shipping address and subsequently refused to cancel the order. As a result, I was compelled to involve my credit card provider, ultimately obtaining a refund through PayPal, rather than from the retailer directly. ”
