There was apparently a delay in manufacturing. I was not informed of this or able to get any information from the website. Only after sending an email did I find out about it. Last week I got an email saying it was sent with no shipping information. The "track my order" button on the website doesn't do anything. Kind of frustrating.

I order a canvas picture over 8 weeks ago. It never arrived. Love your work . I have 8 canvas presently, but up set because because it’s been too long. Will a ever see it.

My orders were on hold due to an unexpected breakdown of some equipment. Dennis was fabulous staying in touch with updates. This company has great products and customer services even greater ! Thank you for staying on top of our concerns. We will definitely be repeat customers. Happy Holidays.

I've purchased a few dozen canvas prints over the past couple years for my workplace. One one out of 50-ish prints had one printing issue and Customer Service quickly corrected the problem and sent a replacement. Other than that... I have yet been dispointed. The quality is subpurb.

Operational issues delayed the shipment. Now I get an email to track the shipment. Well the links to track do not work. Still no merchandise. Total failure. No merchandise delivered.

The last print i ordered took months before I received it. Plus the picture quality was very grainy.

Due to a production problem my order was very much delayed. I checked in with them about once per month and they assured me that the order would be fulfilled. My patiencee and trust was eventually rewarded with two hihg quality prints that look spectacular. I truly trust CanvasPrints.

I have waited two months for my purchase. Still haven’t received it. Getting the run around each time I inquire the status. I’ll never order from here again.

My 3rd And Last order. Firstly, I'm well aware it's not CanvasPrints job to alter/touch-up prints received, but the picture I provided for printing, was much richer in colors than the canvas that finally came after a two month long wait(!) because of a broken machine. The print is disappointing and basically garbage. I believe this company could at least "tell you" if a print a customer provides is going to be blurry or very "light" and not rich in color, before just going ahead and printing. Who knows, maybe the machine still isn't working 100% still and that added to the terrible quality because the print I provided was much more vibrant. I know I'll be using a different company for future prints....one that provides proofs and printing opinions before just going ahead and printing. I spent $111.00 on this order....money I'll never see again. Ugh!

Happy with the price and finished product! Arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Ours took a while to arrive...nearly 3 months, but they were good at communicating to let us know where our print was. Overall happy with the service and product.

Our product turned out nice, but the customer service was horrible. We ordered our print in early August and did not recieve the print until November. We had to reach out to the company twice to track the progress on our order. We will not be using Canvas Prints again.

I ordered the blanket with a picture of mine on it. The quality and clarity of the print on the blanket was amazing. The best I have ever seen. Will definetly order more with my favorite pictures. Plan to make a wall hanging out of one of them.

the canvas print is okay. unfortunately the frame they use is so flemsy, it is pulling the frame so much it isnt even in the middle. it bows and the frame is actually tristed a little.

Scott, We are saddened to hear that you were not pleased with your order. If you have not already done so, please reach out to our customer service team at INFO@CANVASPRINTS.COM. Our guarantee covers any damage in shipping or defective parts on the canvas. Customer Service will happily submit a replacement request or issue a refund for products displaying damage in transit or workmanship flaws. We don't have any photo capture of the item before it leaves our facility. We require photos of the following items in order to process claims: -The full front of the item outside of the shrink wrap -The full back of the item outside of the shrink wrap -The rear barcode -A close-up of any damage/flaw outside of the shrink wrap -The packaging (if product damaged) -The shipping label These photos allow us to thoroughly investigate the issue and address this accordingly. I ordered 3 collages and recieved 1 - the other 2 were sigle prints only. They said they would find out what happened and replace, it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything.
