The canvas turned out great. Good quality, vivid colors and carefully packaged. The only negative point was how long it took for the order to be fulfilled. The website states most orders take 3-5 days to ship. My order took 7 weeks. I reached out twice for a ETA. The first time the response was it would ship shortly. The second response was that it was in the queue but that due to volume of orders they could not give me an estimated shipping date. The website provided no details about delays and was advertising that new orders could still ship in time for Christmas. Once it did ship it arrived via UPS the next day!

I ordered a relatively standard print in late October. After checking its status multiple times over the next six weeks, I finally reached out to customer service, who promptly informed me nothing had been done, the print was not complete, and my order would be resolved soon. I would have appreciated a voluntary warning that my order would take eight weeks to process.

I received my print and the writing was not straight. It is curved as if it was not placed on the canvas correctly.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. It took numerous emails to finally get my order completed even though it was ordered in October and not received until December. NEVER AGAIN!

We are saddened to hear that you were not pleased with your order. If you have not already done so, please reach out to our customer service team at INFO@CANVASPRINTS.COM. Our guarantee covers any damage in shipping or defective parts on the canvas. Customer Service will happily submit a replacement request or issue a refund for products displaying damage in transit or workmanship flaws. We don't have any photo capture of the item before it leaves our facility. We require photos of the following items in order to process claims: -The full front of the item outside of the shrink wrap -The full back of the item outside of the shrink wrap -The rear barcode -A close-up of any damage/flaw outside of the shrink wrap -The packaging (if product damaged) -The shipping label These photos allow us to report, thoroughly investigate the issue and address this accordingly. Well worth waiting for. I had to wait due to broken machinery however I am very pleased with the outcome. I sent them a picture of a picture that had some shiny spots and they did a magnificent job blending everything together and making a fabulous photo of my late cousin. I highly recommend. I have attached what I gave them to work with and was amazed at what they were able to do with it. I also attached a copy of the finished product it’s amazing.

Because it is difficult to determine how a photo, once enlarged, is going to appear it would be beneficial to have an online view of the photo being ordered on the Canvas Prints site prior to ordering and determining that there is too much pixelation in the enlarged print

I've placed several orders over the years and the quality of the products has been excellent. My most recent order in early October was not processed until mid-December. I know there was an equipment problem, but having been told in late October that that should be fixed in a few weeks, when nothing happened I followed up again on 11/17 and again on 11/29. Without your customary responsiveness, I thought my order must have been lost and contacted you again on 12/2, after which I was notified that shipping was imminent. I didn't want to keep asking for updates, but two months did seem an unusually long time to wait. The items have now been received.
