“This company agreed to completely fence, landscape, and patio my mum's garden, but all he has done is ripped my elderly mum off!! Before she could change her mind, they started the work the very next day. I asked to see the contract and he claimed he had given it to my mum. All she had was an agreement to start the work. Before the job was completed James Delaney began asking for payment. When I refused to pay as the job wasn't complete, he threatened to take the fence down. We pointed out that he had only done half the job and he claimed he had agreed with my mum to just do the fencing. He is wanting thousands of pounds just for fencing. Considering his original quote was only a few hundred pounds more, James Delaney is a hustler. Claimed my mum signed a contract but didn't give her one! He keeps sending men around to my mum's, threatening her to pay up or they will take the fence down and take us to court. My mum's garden should have landscaped with a block paved patio. That didn't happen and he claimed he said he would only do the fence. Why the hell would we pay over £5000 for fencing alone when we had quotes for far less. To make matters worse the work was shoddy and incomplete!!! We now must find another company to correct his work. Do not trust this company!!!!”
