Umso dankbarer bin ich dafür, wie schnell und professionell Barbara Hunt meine Beschwerde bearbeitet hat. Mein Anliegen wurde ernst genommen, klar kommuniziert und zügig gelöst. Die vollständige Rückerstattung wurde bereits letzte Woche veranlasst, was für mich eine enorme Erleichterung war.
