“When I ordered 10 PC family pk I ordered my two sides, I was not told that Mac and cheese was extra $4.19 and that's ok, but I told that I was not able to add another side with my ordered that the mac and cheese was one of my side. I thought if had to pay extra I should be able to add another side. When we were checking our food we noticed that we did not received hush puppies and ask if we could get our food they (Kiera) the cashier and I"m guessing manger acted like we had taken the food out of the go plated was trying to get more food LOL , My friend ordered slaw and it a small bowl it cost $3.99 while the mac and cheese bigger container was $4.19 HOW!!
It will be a very long time before I go back to Captain D's !!! store 3555”
“Went to Boaz location. There was ants all over one table. Talked to two people at counter and they did not seem to be concerned. They did nothing. Talked to 3rd person she said I told them we had ant problem. She removed ants with paper towel but did not clean table.”
“Captain D’s is one of my favorite restaurants and usually everything is good but last night the slaw wasn’t as good as usual. Tonight the slaw was good but the fries were dry. Disappointed.”
“Been through drive thru twice. First time containers not sealed all food in bottom of bag. Next trip order was taken wrong but was repeated correctly on speaker in drive thru. Green beans tasted of pure salt. Called boaz Al store highway 431 line continually busy. Bad service”
“Visit this restaurant quite often and usually very clean. Tonight it was very dirty the drink was very dirty the small trash can at the counter was full and running over. Floors were so dirty. Won’t be back.”
