“When I phoned Care Outlet for advice on purchasing a riser/recliner chair for my elderly father, the staff were extremely helpful and informative. They were pleasant and quick in setting up a home evaluation to determine his needs.”

“Couldn't be improved on!! I ordered the hospital bed at 10pm on Thursday and a commode at 1030 on Friday morning. Stephan was at the door, with bed and commode, at 2pm that afternoon. He had the bed installed and demonstrated before 3pm and he's a really lovely chap. I am so impressed. Thank you Care Outlet!! You put everyone else to shame.”

“I'm going to add a little bit more there because I feel they went above and beyond. They've been great in assisting me with my choice of hospital bed and hoist, and their customer service is outstanding! They have a fantastic team of professionals that are always willing to be patient with questions, whatever the problem or issue. I strongly suggest anyone in need of this type of equipment. Thanks!!”

“Service was phenomenal, ordered a bed for a family member in care and it came within the next few days. Great quality, amazing communication and lovely staff. I’ve recommended to fellow care homes and they’ve ordered too. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Dean especially for the best service, I look forward to purchasing from you again.”
