“Only gave 1 star because I had too. I wouldn't have given any stars if up to me. Order made nearly 2 weeks ago. T shirt for my husband birthday which had now passed. Still waiting and get the same old noneness reply every time I email. Don't order from them direct if you really want this make. Use a company that sell the brand. I'm gutted I didn't as I would have had my order the next day or on the same week. Don't understand how a company this big can take so long and why I don't get a straight answer. Can't even cancel the order. Never ever again will I use this sight, it's awful. Get a grip Carrhart or at least give me an honest answer when I email. Or just give me my money back 😡”
“Made the order on cyber tuesday 27th nov. Money taken, order made, no delivery time details given, received email saying some delays, up to 1 week. 2 weeks later receive email saying order is cancelled and funds will be recredited, still waiting for funds to be recredited 3 weeks later.”
