“Poor guidance from agent, questionable home inspector used. Inspector missed quite a few problems that have become quite expensive. Would not recommend using the Carlile group to anyone.”

“Disappointing result after loan officer all but guaranteed I would qualify for a refi and after 2 weeks of jumping through every imaginable hoop was told I did not qualify based on the same information I disclosed up front.”

“Carlile lending lied to me. I told them repeatedly I would not buy down my loan or pay points. I made this crystal clear yet on document signing day, with the notary there was a surprise item of point buydown costing me over $3500 . I was faced with either losing the deal or sign the document so the deal would go through. When I made a phone call to Carlisle they made excuses saying yes they remember those conversations with them where I explicitly said I would not be paying points, but that they had always disclosed on paperwork I would be so it was my fault for not having seen it earlier. This may be correct, BUT my bad for trusting they would follow through on what I asked them to do. In the end they screwed me out of $3500 to make the deal happen. I do business with people who have integrity. I will not be using them nor reccomending them to anyone.”
