“I was told to email carniveral dept regarding legal issues but honestly it's an email to a ghost c/s account. Hiding behind a phone! 4l5 star NOT!!”

“Customer service giving incorrect information. I end up with a bill over $2,500. And no crusie. I was never allowed to use my reward points that Customer service said I could? I'm having the hardest time reaching out the carnivals legal service.”
