“Ordered an item through a British website being charged in British pounds with no mention of where the item was from, several weeks later after lots of chasing up the order, I then got charged £153 for import taxes. I challenged this with the customer service who didn’t care and were rude in their responses.
On opening the item I found the part was covered in scratches and rust and was a part from 3 years ago that was clearly stored very badly. The company originally agreed to a partial refund as compensation then several days later changed their mind. Horrible company to deal with.”
